Finally, a new post. This is a portrait I've done based on a newspaper clipping from my local paper. The subject is PorkChop, one of the denizens of LaGrange. Since our town has a reformatory in it, conveniently located next to the high school, and occasionally the powers that be decree people reformed and ready to re-enter society, folks like Chop here get dumped out of their former residence and end up staying in LaGrange because they really have nowhere else to go. He got the name PorkChop as he lost his eye in the reformatory during a fight over an evening meal.

This is awesome, like the marker work and pen work. Pure talent! Also interesting, I didn't know this history behind him. However - does he know you call him Chop???

Donald, as he has told us his name is, answers to "Pork Chop," "Chop," and several other names. Not all of them are suitable for print, and those are just the ones that can be understood from him. For the remainder, the man really ought to come with subtitles.

We run into him 95% of the time when we go to the laundromat. He insists that we're "gonna make it" and that he "has faith in [us]." I believe him.
